Is the website free?: Yes. Converting images on svgconverter.online is free with no signup, within a daily fair-use limit per visitor. Plans are only for the API.
What counts as a conversion?: One successful API request that returns an SVG. Requests that fail, such as an unreadable image, don't count.
When does my count reset?: On the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused conversions don't carry over to the next month.
What happens when I run out?: The API answers 402 until the next month starts, or until you move to a bigger plan. Every response tells you how many conversions are left.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Any time, from your account page. When you switch plans, Stripe shows the prorated charge before you confirm.
Is the API the same as the website?: Yes. It uses the same tracer and the same settings, so you get the same SVG you'd get on the website.
Do you keep my images?: No. Images are processed temporarily and discarded after conversion; nothing is stored.
